About Me

My name is David, I live in illinois near the beautiful city of Chicago. I have always enjoyed cooking and while in high school i wanted to pursue a career in the culinary field, however things didn't turn out the way i had hoped. And did not choose to go that route. I still love to cook and bake in my free time however. I am currently enrolled in college, I work part as a waiter. Over a year I converted into a vegetarian, and I love it. I hope my little effort can have a huge impact one day for all the animals that are abused and mistreated at slaughter houses. I hope you all enjoy my recipes. I will never post anything I myself don't enjoy eating!
